Refund policy

At Western Bracelets, every bracelet is handcrafted by hand and takes 2 to 3 hours to make from start to finish. Because of the time and care that goes into each piece, we only offer refunds if your item arrives damaged or broken. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original order date, no exceptions.

To request a refund, contact us directly and send photo or video proof of the damage. Once we review and confirm the issue we will make it right. We stand behind every piece we make and want every customer to be happy with their order.
